Dorset Blue Vinney
A traditional blue cheese made in Dorset from skimmed cow's milk. A hard, crumbly cheese which was a commonly used farmhouse cheese for hundreds of years.
Rosary Ash Logs
Creamy, moist and soft cheese with a light fluffy texture made from goats milk at The Rosary in Landford on the Wiltshire / Hampshire Boarder.
Dorset Drum
Made exclusively at Denhay farm in Dorset. It is an award winning traditional farmhouse cheddar, the milk coming only from the farms own herds. Traditional production methods give the cheese its unique texture and flavour.
